I am an arts professional and researcher who creates spaces where art and community meet. My practice spans editing arts magazines, developing museum programming, undertaking cultural research, and founding Konstwrite, a cross-disciplinary initiative that builds bridges between artists, audiences, and local communities. I believe that art is about people. In my work, I explore how creative exchanges shape our understanding of community and place.
My writing has been featured in journals like Harvard Review, and you can find my photos on platforms like All Cities are Beautiful and Float Photo. Art books that I’ve worked on have been acknowledged by organizations like Hyperallergic.
I’m a lot of different people, and I think that’s what makes me interesting. Have fun exploring my website! Feel free to contact me at mirjamfrosth@gmail.com with any opportunities or ideas you might have, even if the idea is just to say “hi” and connect!
